Sarah Chatham, Studio Art Major, May 2008

Sarah's love of photography became her driving passion during her four years at William Woods. In addition to taking courses in photography she completed a professional internship, did numerous freelance photography projects, attended regional photo conferences, and had public exhibits of her work. She currently is pursuing a career as a professional photographer in her home state of Illinois.

WWU Graduate Honored as Art Educator of the Year

Rebecca Moppin of Bolivar, Missouri, a two-time William Woods University graduate, has been selected as the K-12 Art Educator of the Year by the Missouri Art Education Association (MAEA). She earned her BFA in graphic design from William Woods University in 1998 and recently completed a master of education degree in curriculum and instruction. She currently teaches art at Pleasant Hope R-VI school district in Pleasant Hope, Mo. (To read more click here)
