Working as a Public Affairs Specialist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Bozeman, MT, Ivy provides recommendations for and assists with the planning and developing of comprehensive communications, marketing, and outreach programs to promote resource conservation throughout the state of Montana.
She works closely with technical and program specialists to obtain the information needed to simplify and explain complex conservation programs and activities. She then coordinates, researches, and produces the appropriate communication products and tools to promote the projects. She uses her creativity and design knowledge to produce a variety of media pieces including news articles, news releases, presentations, newsletters, videos, web pages, displays, exhibits, brochures, handouts, and other materials to reach target audiences.
